Something not working, or a question? Write to hello@samebell.app. A person reads every message.
A reminder didn't ring
Reminders ring on each phone and depend on its settings. Check that notifications are on in Settings > Samebell, and open Samebell once so it can schedule the next reminders. High-priority reminders can get through Focus; while the phone is on silent they follow its sound settings.
Someone else can't see the schedule
Invite links work once and expire after 7 days. Open the schedule, go to People and send a new invite.
Delete your Samebell account
In the Samebell app, go to Me > Delete my account and confirm. Or write to hello@samebell.app from the email you sign in with, and we'll delete it within 30 days.
- Deleted: your email address, your phone's push token and settings, your sign-ins, and the schedules only you are in, with their reminders and history.
- Kept: schedules you share stay with the others. Your name stays on what you did in them ("Done by Javi"), so their history stays intact.
- Backups: deleted data disappears from our backups within 30 days.
Delete some of your data
You don't need to delete your account to remove things. In the app: open a reminder and tap Delete reminder; open a schedule and tap Remove this schedule to leave it (or delete it, if only you are in it). The activity feed is cleaned up after 90 days.
Samebell helps people share reminders. It isn't a medical device and doesn't replace advice from a doctor, pharmacist or vet.
